After working in policing\, she joined Kensington and Chelsea Council where she was responsible for the full corporate communications portfolio for its Housing Directorate in the aftermath of the Grenfell tragedy. As a Senior Account Director in FH’s crisis and issues team\, Ella has provided reputation management counsel on a broad range of issues following real-time incidents including data breaches\, litigation\, product recalls\, and workplace accidents.
