Carolyn Purwin Ryan

Partner, Mullen Coughlin LLC

Carolyn Purwin Ryan is a Partner with Mullen Coughlin, serving as a Breach Coach for organizations who have been victimized by a real or suspected data privacy and security incident. She handles all facets of incident response, including directing and liaising with various incident response stakeholders such as cyber insurance carriers/brokers, forensic investigation firms and law enforcement, as well as counseling her clients on any legal, regulatory or contractual obligations stemming from the incident, and effectuating legally required notification to individuals, regulatory bodies and business partners. She also assists organizations with pre-incident and proactive Advisory Compliance services such as Incident Response Plan development and cyber incident response tabletop exercises, among others.

 

Carolyn was named a Pennsylvania “Rising Star” by SuperLawyers in 2018 and 2019. She received her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and her B.S. from Georgetown University.

Jean Bayon de La Tour 

International Head of Cyber, Howden

Jean Bayon de La Tour, with a background in banking encompassing roles in Wealth Management and Internal Audit, previously spearheaded Marsh’s Cyber broking operations in France. His tenure with Marsh culminated in his appointment as Managing Director and Head of Cyber for Marsh Europe. He now oversees Howden’s international activity in cyber insurance from his base in Spain.
