How to Send a Referral
Currently, referrals must be submitted using our online referral form. Here’s how:
- Go to the Referral Form.
- Enter your friend’s full name and email address.
- Submit the form – done!
We’ll take it from there. Your friend will receive a 30% discount code by email with simple instructions to sign up.
💡 There’s no referral link to copy or share. Each referral must be submitted individually using the form.
How Your Friend Accepts a Referral
To successfully redeem your referral:
- Your friend must use the same email address you submitted on the form.
- They must sign up for a Specialist Membership using the discount code they receive.
- Once their payment is completed, your free renewal will be processed automatically.
❗Note: If your friend signs up with a different email address or chooses a Plus Membership, you won’t be eligible for the free renewal.
How to Check the Status of Your Referrals
We’ll email you once your referral is complete and your free renewal has been applied.
At this time, we don’t offer a live referral dashboard. However, if you’d like to confirm the status of a referral, please contact our support team at support@cyberinsuranceacademy.com.

How do I send a referral?

What does my friend get?
Your friend will receive a unique 30% discount code via email, which they can use when signing up for a Specialist Membership.
Does the discount code expire?
Yes. Your friend will need to redeem their unique discount within one week of you referring them.
Can I refer multiple people?
Yes. The more the merrier. Keep in mind: our referral scheme is designed to enable independent learners to power up their career. For that reason, it is not possible to refer a team. We have a separate offering for team training.
When do I get my free renewal?
You’ll receive your free membership renewal only after your friend completes their Specialist Membership purchase using the referral code we sent them. We’ll notify you by email once your free renewal is processed.
Do I still get my free renewal if my friend uses a different email address than the one I submitted?
No. Your friend must sign up using the same email address you provided in the referral form in order for the referral to be tracked and the free renewal to be applied.
Can I still get the free renewal if my friend signs up for a different membership level (e.g. Plus)?
No. To qualify for a free renewal, your friend must sign up for a Specialist Membership using the unique referral code you triggered through the referral form.
