Fireflies.ai in Zoom
Hello.
I am currently studying to earn my CCIS designation, and I would like your insight about a basic matter indirectly related.
A client booked a Zoom meeting today. Their Fireflies.ai notetaker joined the meeting, but a real person did not show up. When Fireflies asked to record the meeting, I declined. I was then left in the Zoom alone. I waited for 10 minutes to see if a person would join. No one joined, so I closed the session.
What is the protocol on this? Is this normal?

Fireflies is just a note maker and not a AI agent which will have a discussion with you . So you should not worry about. Primarily fireflies is an agent which records the meeting and make a detailed summary better than zoom or MS team.
