Unfortunately, Cyber Buddy is currently designed solely for use by brokers and agents. However, your clients and insureds can still benefit from Cyber Buddy since you can leverage its state-of-the-art technology to add value to the quality and speed of your advisory services. We will be expanding access to Cyber Buddy over the course of the coming months.

You can use Cyber Buddy by typing your questions or statements, called prompts,  into the chat window. Cyber Buddy will then generate a response based on the information it has been programmed to understand. Writing effective prompts for Cyber Buddy is crucial to getting the results you want. For example, you should state the context of your query and write in full sentences. If the initial answer isn’t what you want, don’t hesitate to ask Cyber Buddy for revisions. Our AI service is always improving, but sometimes Cyber Buddy’s answers may not be perfect. Occasionally, the answers that Cyber Buddy provides may, in fact, be inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect.
